These measures contemplate hygiene, cleaning and social distancing protocols that guarantee the safety of our customers and employees, following the guidelines set by the national health authorities and the World Health Organization.

In this regard, we will reinforce the frequency and thoroughness of our usual protocol for cleaning and disinfecting rooms, common areas and spaces for the hotel staff to make your stay a pleasant and safe experience. This protocol also applies to our work areas for companies and employees and our meeting points, so that you can carry out your meetings or events with absolute normality and tranquility. Additionally, we are carrying out frequent and demanding health checks on our staff, suppliers and partners, as well as on our facilities, to guarantee the safety of customers at all times.

We are also working on the reorganization of spaces, to guarantee that the maximum capacity set by the authorities in each phase of the de-escalation is respected. Likewise, we will be gradually restoring our services such as the gym and the swimming pool in order to offer you a stay with the excellence that characterizes us.

On the other hand, we will carry out continuous training with our staff regarding security protocols, so that each employee knows how to act in each situation and can provide exceptional treatment to customers.

Finally, we are implementing a greater digitalization in our reservation, check-in and check-out processes. This limits the contact between employees and customers, guaranteeing greater protection and avoiding any type of risk. Furthermore, we have optimized these processes so that they are completely safe and easy to understand and use by all users.

Booking cancellation_

Under the current circumstances that cause great uncertainty, we inform you that the booking cancellations on our hotel continue to be completely free. Please note that this cancellation must be carried out before 6pm on the day of arrival to avoid the charge of one night plus taxes.
